Abstract

Introduction: Left ventricular Pseudoaneurysm is an interesting clinical entity. The left ventricular (LV) Pseudoaneurysm, in contrast to true LV aneurysm, contains only pericardial layer and fibrous elements in its wall. Case Presentation: We report a very rare case of a 47-year-old woman presents with an atypical form of LV apical Pseudoaneurysm confirmed by cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI). Conclusions: Due to the tendency of LV Pseudoaneurysms to rupture, early surgical intervention is recommended.
